2、三名質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢測人員的身份證和畢業(yè)證復(fù)印件、工作簡歷;(食品藥監(jiān)局老師過來場地核查約談的時候需要提供相關(guān)檢測人員的身份證和畢業(yè)證原件，并本人到場);
